Production follows a clear process: artwork confirmation, mold development, zinc alloy die casting, polishing, plating or enamel coloring, assembly, quality inspection and packaging.
Quality checks are carried out throughout production. Teams inspect surface finishes, plating appearance and enamel coloring at each stage, review assembly quality, and perform a final inspection for visible defects and finish consistency before packing.
Custom packaging options include individual poly bags, backing cards, gift boxes and custom branded packaging. Packaging can be selected according to product size, retail presentation, promotional programs, corporate gifts, trade show projects and branding requirements.
