For custom medal and badge production, zinc alloy is commonly used because it supports detailed relief, custom shapes, 2D / 2.5D / 3D designs, plating and enamel finishes. Sports medals, commemorative medals and custom badges can be personalized with logos, relief details, enamel colors, plating finishes and ribbon options.

Typical MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design. A sample takes about 7 days after artwork and production details are confirmed, and bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after sample approval.

Preferred artwork formats are AI, EPS or editable PDF. If you only have JPG, PNG files or a basic concept, we can review artwork and prepare production-ready files before mold development.

The manufacturing process runs from artwork confirmation to mold development, zinc alloy die casting, polishing, plating, enamel coloring, assembly, quality inspection, ribbon and accessory assembly where applicable, and packaging.

During production, inspection covers surface finish, plating appearance, enamel color and relief details, with ribbon and accessory assembly checked before final inspection prior to packing. This helps maintain finish consistency and assembly quality across the order.

Custom packaging options include individual poly bags, backing cards, medal cases, gift boxes and custom branded packaging, selected according to medal size, ribbon or accessory configuration, retail presentation, sports events, commemorative programs, corporate awards and branding requirements.
