For project planning, the typical MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design. Sample time is about 7 days after artwork and production details are confirmed, and bulk production is typically 15–20 days after sample approval.

AI, EPS or editable PDF files are preferred for artwork. If you only have JPG or PNG images or a basic concept, our team can review the artwork and prepare production-ready files before mold development begins.

Production covers artwork, mold development, zinc alloy die casting, polishing, plating, enamel coloring, assembly, quality inspection and packaging.

Quality control is carried out throughout production. Our team checks surface finishes, plating appearance and enamel coloring during each stage, inspects assembly quality, and performs a final inspection for visible defects and finish consistency before packing.

Custom packaging options include individual poly bags, backing cards, gift boxes and custom branded packaging. Packaging can be selected according to product size, retail presentation, souvenir programs, destination retail displays, gift projects and branding requirements.
